Cummins Field Service Kit
Hydraulic tensioning is the ideal method for tightening bolted connections. Hydraulic tensioning eliminates inaccuracies and helps achieve correct bolt loading in critical connections. At HTI, we’ve been building hydraulic tensioners and nuts since 1986.
HTI manufactures Field Service Kits specifically for the Cummins QSK95 Diesel Engine and for the HSK78G Natural Gas Engine. These Kits contain the stud tensioners and accessories required to tension and de-tension the cylinder-head and main-bearing cap studs on the respective engine. The Kits are packaged in a lockable steel container to allow for security, mobility and accessibility.
