Testing & Calibration Services
We recommend that all pressure gauges on pumps be calibrated once a year.
Some tensioners require the puller bars to be replaced at 5,000 cycles. Under normal use, seals should last indefinitely; if the tensioners are stored properly, not abused, over-pressurized, or over-stroked the seal life will be indefinite. If your tensioner has is being used in a high-stress or abusive environment, testing can provide peace of mind that your equipment is in perfect working order and ready to perform.
