What are Single Stage Bolt Tensioners?

Single-stage bolt tensioners are ideal for applications that are vertically limited. They provide a large amount of stroke in a vertically compact package.

Single Stage Bolt Tensioner Options

HTI provides a wide variety of single-stage tensioners in both fixed models used with a specific stud size, and variable models that work with a variety of stud sizes. 

If one of our standard catalog models doesn’t work, we can design a custom tensioner for any fastening application.  

HTI single-stage tensioners can be standard or spring returns and are available in standard sizes (up to 4" / M100) and in lerger sizes (up to 17" M425).
