For long-stroke nut applications, it may be necessary to repeatedly tension the nut to achieve the desired stroke and tension. For each cycle, the hydraulic load cell must be returned to its initial state, which can be a time-consuming process.
For these applications HTI offers a spring return system that returns the load cell to its starting state quickly, allowing for quick turn-around to the next tensioning cycle.
