What are High Temperature Hydraulic Nuts?

HTI’s standard hydraulic nuts are suitable for most applications. We also provide hydraulic nuts suitable for high-temperature applications. High-temperature hydraulic nuts require a different seal than standard hydraulic nuts.

  • HTI standard hydraulic nuts are rated for continuous operation in temperatures up to 200°F (95°C)
  • HTI high-temperature hydraulic nuts are rated for continuous operation in temperatures up to 250°F (120°C)

If you are looking for hydraulic nuts that withstand even higher temperature conditions up to 550°C, HTI offers extreme temperature hydraulic nuts to meet your needs.
